The “Coré” rum punch is the floral one of the range. It will bring you the sweetness of violet and its wide range of tastes will make you revisit other flowers to finish with a subtle anise touch.  Koré is the diminutive of Persephone, goddess locked in the underworld and whose return to earth heralds spring.

Apple, pomegranate, banana

The fruitiness of the range. If the apple is its major asset, more exotic fruits like banana or pomegranate enhance its complexity. Cilantro rounds out the overall taste and gives it a character that will go well with many of your preparations.

Acacia Honey, Tahitian Vanilla

More sweet than the others, it stands out from these pairs with its assertive honey* and the sweetness of woody vanilla. "Bity" means "bee" in Egyptian, an insect whose importance was great at the time of the pharaohs, especially in lower Egypt.

Caramelized pear, ginger

Caramelized pears and ginger intertwine to create a unique taste. Closer to the citrus found in gingerbread, this complex, slightly woody blend never ceases to seduce with its originality. Did you find the jasmine notes that were hidden there? The Tanuki is a Japanese forest spirit. Brings luck and good fortune, it is recognizable among all because of these attributes.

The least sweet in the range, it is the result of a perfect harmony of several herbs and aromatics. This rum punch, amber, smoky and subtly bitter, is the missing link in spirits tasting. The Pooka is a dark, mischievous creature from Irish folklore.
